hey,

i heard back from this other organisation but they said that they are doing somthing totaly different. they are trying to come up with an agreeable seperation/ boarder for the city of jerusalem and not so much the kind of coexisitance i want for my design.

so what i am doing is picking a site where i see my design will be the most effective. i have also come up with a rough draft of my building program:
